Return & Exchange Window
Accepted within 4 working days of delivery (exchanges up to 7 days for fit/defect issues).
Shipping/return charges borne by customer (except policy pickup within 4 days).
Return Eligibility Criteria
Items must be:
Unused, unworn, undamaged, with no tags removed. Provide clear photos or videos.
In original packaging, tags, barcodes, and certificates intact.
Free of wear, alteration, or mishandling.
This preserves Moha's quality for everyone.
Refund process
We'll approve and share return address/instructions.
Ship securely with tracking.
Upon receipt and verification, refund processes to your original method in 5-7 business days.

Minor finish/texture variations.
Natural stone/enamel irregularities.
Color shifts from lighting/screens.
Silver's natural patina/oxidation over time.
Considered a Defect
Provide clear photos or videos of
Broken/damaged on arrival.
Missing stones/components.
Non-functional clasps/hooks.
Severe transit damage or any other kind of damage or order mistakes.
Again provide clear photos and videos immediately on arrival.
Shipping on Returns
Within 4 days, charges are borne by the customer if the first pickup missed.
Pickup Failed. What next?
If the initial return pickup attempt fails, any subsequent pickup request will be chargeable and will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items, Friendly Note
Final sale, Final clearance, or promotional pieces.
Custom made / pre order made / personalised (contact within 48 hours of delivery for any defects/transit issues, we'll repair).
Post-Delivery Care
Damage after 7 days (wear, accidents, water/chemicals) not covered.
Repairs available (charges apply).
Exchange Details
Exchanges are accepted only if the product does not fit or if it arrives damaged or defective.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
For exchange orders, shipping charges for the new product will be added and communicated to you before processing.
Refund Policy
Prepaid: To original method, 5-7 business days post-inspection (adjusts for discounts/charges).
COD: To your UPI/bank details provided.
