A beautiful design from 12th century, has lost its existence for many recent centuries. Its not even part of any museum but we get to see drawings and this carving on a stone in Sanchi which has stand the time of 2000 years. This ancient marvellous design must have been in vogue in that time.

This is statement necklace made in 11 auspicious motifs and two layers. These motifs are of good luck and charm in Buddhist mythology, and has tremendous resemblance with Hindu and Jaina’s Ashtmangala.
